100 Moths is an art and conservation project, conceived and directed by artist and designer, Annabel Carington, who is aiming for the project to raise awareness of the environmental and cultural importance of moths in the UK.

The project involves Annabel creating 100 paintings and 100 drawings of moths found in the British Isles, including those species which are currently most at risk. Together, these paintings and drawings will form an exhibition open to the public, at which all the paintings will be for sale. A percentage of the purchase price of each painting will be donated to UK moth conservation projects.

There will also be a book of the same name, reproducing all of the paintings and drawings, and including information about each moth, as well as information about the project.

Images of the paintings and drawings will appear on this website as they emerge. To join the mailing list and be kept up to date with news about 100 Moths, please email Annabel. You can also follow the project on Instagram.
